ComeUp DV 9i

The ComeUp electric winches of the DV series are equipped with a powerful series-wound motor (available in 12 or 24 V depending on the type) and a three-stage planetary gear. The winches have an automatic load holding brake (mechanical cone brake) to secure the load to be pulled against rolling away. The mechanical overrunning clutch is used to pull the rope by hand to prevent excessive wear on the cone brake. The housing parts are made of aluminum and the drum of steel. This ensures low weight and maximum stability in use. Depending on the type, tensile forces of 2.7 to 8.1 t can be achieved in the 1st position. The position of the freewheel lever can be adjusted by turning the housing cover, depending on the installation situation (except DV 4500i). The ComeUp DV 9 can also be supplied in version 9i. Here the position of the relay is above the drum. The winches of the DV 6/9/12/ or 18 series are used in commercial applications to pull or recover rolling loads. The winches are mounted on off-road vehicles, transporters, low loaders, construction site and towing vehicles. Included in delivery are, a cable remote control (5 m), a roller window, a relay box and a steel cable with safety load hook.
