Loading dolly system QUATTRO

Due to its double-sided operating mechanism, the loading dolly system is very innovative; it can be mounted both in front of the tyre and behind the tyre ( underneath the vehicle). Therefore, the track width is reduced and the vehicle can also be pulled onto narrow flatbeds. In addition, motorbikes can also be loaded with the system. It can be used quickly and easily without a jack using the operating lever supplied. Especially for vehicles that can no longer be moved on their own because one or more wheels no longer turn. Thanks to the large wheels (Ø 6"/152 mm), the loading dollies can be used perfectly even on surfaces such as gravel or paved areas. The rigidly mounted wheels guarantee straight running and easy driving over the edge of the flatbed (e.g. loading onto a flatbed vehicle). Due to its low overall height, the loading dolly is also suitable for sports cars. In combination with the loading tray 405615, it is even possible to load vehicles with one wheel missing. The telescopic frame allows adaptation to the most common wheel diameters.
Thanks to the aluminium drawbar included in the scope of delivery, the hook of the cable winch can be hooked directly into it and the attachment of the vehicle's own towing eye is thus no longer necessary.
Another advantage of the set is the low dead weight of only 11 kg per loading dolly, with a very high load capacity of 1800 kg/pair, which is achieved by manufacturing with 6061-T6 aircraft aluminium. This means that even heavy vehicles, such as electric vehicles, can be loaded without any problems.
