Booster IS5000

The boosters in the PROJECTA series feature a very powerful and robust LiFePO4 battery and are characterised by their weight, technology and user-friendliness. The integrated colour display shows the user the voltage of the vehicle's starter battery or whether there is a fault before starting. Thanks to the patented Rapid Recharge Technology (RRT®), the booster is automatically recharged by the alternator on the vehicle battery after starting. All boosters are equipped with a battery management system that protects the booster and the starter battery against reverse polarity, overvoltage or a short circuit, among other things. Compared to other lithium batteries, the LiFePO4 battery recharges more quickly and is safer to handle than LiCo batteries. The booster of the IS2000 series and above can be conveniently charged in the 230 V mains via a docking station included in the scope of delivery.
