Heavy load Hydro lifting gear

The heavy load hydro lifting frame is very flexible in use due to extendable and swivelling support arms. Due to the extension, which can be set in four positions, a total width of up to 2760 mm is possible. When fully retracted, the total width is only 2310 mm, thus the lifting frame can easily be placed on almost any  flatbed deck. The swivelling support arms can be pinned in three positions, thus achieving a pick-up width of 1389 - 3083 mm. With the 600 mm stroke of the hydraulic cylinder, the centre of gravity compensation can be perfectly adjusted. The adjustment cylinder has a double-sided locking valve as standard for maximum safety. The use of high-quality structural steel and a solid 4-kt centre beam ensures high bending and torsional rigidity. The lifting frame is supplied hot-dip galvanised for long-term corrosion resistance.
