Air-hydraulic jacks

Our air-operated hydraulic jack lifts up to 30,000kg. This makes it particularly suitable for lifting heavy loads, e.g. HGVs or heavy construction machinery. The maximum possible lift for this hydraulic jack is 139mm, which can be increased by a further 120mm using two screw-in extensions. The required ground clearance under the vehicle being lifted is only 150mm. Its compact dimensions and lightweight 25kg design make this an ideal hydraulic jack for servicing HGVs or for lifting specific points on heavy loads. It is easy to stow in any vehicle.

Hydraulic bottle jacks

Our bottle jacks work like trolley jacks with oil hydraulics. They lift loads of up to 20 tonnes. The weight and size of the bottle jacks is relatively low compared to their lifting capacity. These tools offer excellent value. You don't need to spend much for a sturdy bottle jack. Thanks to a removable pump lever, bottle jacks are easy to store and transport. The lift of the bottle jack cylinder can be increased using a built-in spindle. This gives the bottle jacks a lift height of up to 253mm. As with the air-hydraulic jack, the surface area of the lifting pad is relatively small. However, the risk of tipping remains small. Nevertheless, the load being lifted must have a suitably stable jack point.

Pneumatic jacks

Our pneumatic jacks are operated simply using compressed air. Most HGVs usually have a suitable connection point. But even a small air compressor with a capacity of 8 bar is enough to efficiently operate the pneumatic jack. A vehicle can be raised in a matter of seconds. These jacks can lift 2,500kg up to a maximum height of 480mm. Simply push the car jack under the load and start the air pressure. This is a quick and easy way to change tyres, for example. The jacks are not too heavy and are therefore easy to transport. Since these pneumatic car jacks can work on any surface, they are also suitable for off-road use.

Air bag jacks

Here, a lifting bag  is inflated using either the vehicle exhaust gas or compressed air. These devices work very well on uneven ground, so they are ideal in off-road situations. The air bag is very flat before it is filled, making it particularly easy to slide under a vehicle. The exhaust hose is then attached to the vehicle's exhaust pipe. When the engine runs, the air bag inflates and raises the vehicle up. As soon as the desired height is reached, the engine simply needs to be switched off. A non-return valve ensures that the air bag remains inflated. Alternatively, you can also fill the air bag jack with compressed air. A small compressor is sufficient. This type of pneumatic jack has a maximum lifting capacity of 4,000kg and a lift height of up to 750mm. The large surface area of the lifting bag protects the underside of the vehicle.
