Pull the manual clutch and turn it 90°. The clutch position is now unlocked and you can unwind the steel or synthetic-fibre rope manually by quickly pulling it out. You then set the clutch back on locked position until it fully snaps as the locked clutch position is compulsory for pulling the load.
Suitable for Ramsey winches with a mechanical brake (series RPH 6000 / 8000/ 10000), winches with a hydraulic brake (series HD-P 8000 / 10000), and all winches compliant with the European standard EN 14492-1 (series HD-P 34.9 / 42).
